Refunds & Cancellations
Upon receipt of your order we commence working on your bespoke ode immediately. The service that is provided by hennightpoetry.com and that you are purchasing from hennightpoetry.com is our time and effort to create a bespoke ode and the delivery of that ode in PDF or text format via email. Each ode is unique and the content is subjective therefore no refunds will be given should you be dissatisfied with the content and or format of the ode. In exceptional circumstances we may agree to make two amendments to final drafts.
The completed ode will be delivered via email in a PDF format. Should you have difficulties receiving the ode, upon contacting us we will endeavour to deliver the ode to you via an email in text format. Should you still not be able to receive the ode we will make it available as a download from the website and as such no refund will be given.
You warrant that upon placing an order you have supplied a valid email address and are able to access the website across the Internet with no filtering restrictions that would impede your ability to access PDF and or text files either by emails that you receive or as a download from the website. In addition no refund will be given should you change or cancel your supplied email address, ISP and or Internet connection or make any other changes that would impede our ability to send the completed ode to you via email or available as a download from the website.
We have tested that the PDF and or text document is accessible using the minimum system requirements above. Therefore no refunds will be given should you be unable to access and or view the content of the ode if we are able to verify that it is accessible on a system that meets the minimum standards as described above.
